Had a Workshop ’till about 10 PM, so no Cycling today for me I did do my 40 Pushups.
On this Blog I will try to document losing weight throught sporting every day and taking the right supplements.
My current weight is about 96 Kg’s, and I want to take that number down to about 80 Kg’s.
