Had a Workshop ’till about 10 PM, so no Cycling today for me

My neck is still a bit sore, and it got a bit cold tonight, but I still managed to do some training in the fresh air. So here goes;

20.8 KM in about 50 minutes.
40 Pushups.
40 Crunches.

Didn’t keep too much track, but this is about it;

2 Petit Pains, 4 Slices of Bread with ‘Prepare’
Dinner at the Subway (A ‘Sub’ with lots of vegetables)
Some sandwiches at the way back from the Concert.
Lots of Water, No Beer (had to Drive, so a good excuse)
